Just would like to introduce you to my newly found company “CONQUERORING FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS”. While working with many buyers in REAL ESTATE, I came to realize that a lot of them (the buyers) were not fully prepared to purchase a home. Their HEART was in the process, but their pockets and credits were saying something completely different. I saw that:
I. Their MONEY MANAGEMENT SKILLS were out of order.

II. Their DEBT TO INCOME RATIO weren’t adding up to the standards of the BANKS REQUIREMENTS.

III. Their CREDIT SCORE were way too low because of overspending.
Some had too much debt, not enough income, and just about little in money to purchase. While others had the income, the money, but their credit is completely messed up.
